Extended Returns Policy

During the festive season, we've extended our UK return policy for both in-store and online purchases. If you bought something between 01.11.2023 and 26.12.2023, you can return it until 14.01.2024 or within 28 days after your purchase/delivery date, whichever is later. Just make sure the item is in its original condition with the price tags.

Once your order gets back to our warehouse, give it up to 14 days for the funds to show on your card. It's usually quicker, but with the holiday rush, it might take a bit longer. Thanks for your patience!

If you want to return your order for a full refund or exchange in-store, bring along the receipt and the original payment card. 

 

Last order dates for Christmas delivery:

Order by the following dates and times to receive your items in time for Christmas. 

UK standard delivery: 19th December 2023 at 23:59PM (GMT)
US/CANADA standard delivery: 18th December 2023 at 23:59PM (GMT)

 

In-store Collection: 20th December 2023 at 12:00PM (GMT)

Between 22/12/2023 to 02/01/2024, all delivery / collection are subject to carrier restrictions, normal service will restore from 02/01/2024.

 

Customer Service:

The customer service team is available from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, except for the bank holiday and the following dates : 

22 December  to 26 December.
