Once you have completed your purchase, your order could be in one of a few places. It could still be in our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, on the way to the courier, with the courier or out for delivery.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, this confirms your order has been processed. Full details of how to track your order are contained within this email. The email will confirm the order has been shipped and contain the tracking number and link for your order. If you haven’t received this email, don’t forget to check your junk folder.


We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday – Friday. For orders that are placed Friday – Sunday, these will be processed on Monday.

Please be advised that our processing times exclude Public and Bank Holidays.


We are working hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. However, please note that due to COVID-19, there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns due to the reduced operating staff at our Devon warehouse and delivery partners.

All UK orders are taking an average of an extra 24 hours to arrive. Please allow for extra time with overseas orders also as they are taking longer to reach their new homes.
