UNITED KINGDOM:

LAST SHIPPING DATES FOR CHRISTMAS

Our cut off date for Christmas delivery is 12pm on the 20th of December

We can't guarantee that any orders placed after the 20th December will arrive before Christmas

All orders placed after the 22nd of December won't be shipped until January the 3rd 2023

 

UNITED KINGDOM:

Free UK Express Shipping (1-3 Working Days) – On all orders

DELIVERIES ARE TAKING LONGER AT THE MOMENT DUE TO HIGH VOLUME

All deliveries to destinations within the UK are sent via DHL Parcel UK. You can track your delivery online using your unique tracking code at https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/

Please note that deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take up to 5 working days longer

Free Pickup Instore (3 Working Days) - On all orders

We are offering Free Pickup Instore for all orders 

Please allow 3 working days for your order to be ready for collection

If you need your order sooner please get in touch with us once you have placed your order and we will try to assist, however we cannot guarantee this

 

USA:

International Shipping - £25 On all orders

Internationally we are currently only shipping to the USA

All USA deliveries are sent by FEDEX. We will provide tracking information with a link to online track-and-trace service via email

International delivery times vary depending on destination. However the average time is 5-7 working days

For shipments outside of the UK please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country

 

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:

Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

If your order contains more than one item, please note it may be shipped in multiple parcels

We will not deliver to PO Box addresses due to security reasons
