Where is my order?

Once you have completed your purchase, your order could be in one of a few places. It could still be in our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, on the way to the courier, with the courier or out for delivery.


If you have received a shipping confirmation email, this confirms your order has been processed. Full details of how to track your order are contained within this email. The email will confirm the order has been shipped and contain the tracking number and link for your order. If you haven’t received this email, don’t forget to check your junk folder!


Note:


We aim to process and dispatch of your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday – Friday. For orders that are placed Friday – Sunday, these will be processed on the Monday.


Please be advised that our processing times exclude Public and Bank Holidays.


Our delivery timeframes are provided by our couriers. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please send us a message and we will contact the delivery company ourselves.
