Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return purchased products. Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date you notify the Vendor of your decision to cancel. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent or postage method of your choice, at your own expense. We request that you complete the online return contact prior to sending your order back to us in order for us to provide you with a returns reference.

Alternately, you may return the products directly to our London Branch Only (Bosideng 28 South Molton Street, London, W1K 5RF) presenting the products to a sales advisor within twenty-eight (28) days of the date the products were received. You can also choose to exchange the items purchased via within twenty-eight (28) days from the delivery date with another at our London Branch Only. 


Whilst our store is closed for refurbishment works, orders can be returned to our offices at the same location.
Orders can be returned Monday -Friday between 9 am and 6 pm by appointment only.

The right to return products shall be deemed correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

  • we invite you to correctly fill in and submit the online Return Contact within twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date of your receipt.

  • the return form supplied with your order must be completed in full and enclosed with the return.

  • the products have not been used, worn, washed or modified;

  • the labels are still attached to the products with the disposable packaging;

  • the products are returned in their original packaging;

  • the returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel or should you choose to return the products by going directly to our London Branch Only, specified on, they must be given to the sales advisor within twenty-eight (28) days from the date the products are received;

  • the products should not be damaged.

Should you decide to return the products by bringing them to our London Branch, indicated on, therefore without waiting to mail them from your home, you will not have to incur any costs and it will be not necessary to fill out the online return contact. It will be sufficient to present the products to the sales advisor at the London Branch along with the original packaging, and the return form contained in the packaging within twenty-eight (28) days of receiving the products. The sales advisor will check the above points and be able to process the refund, in branch, via the same payment method originally used to make the order.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, the Vendor shall refund the entire price for the purchased products. Bosideng are not liable for any return costs incurred.

You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered to you at no expense to the Vendor. If you refuse the above delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. Without limiting the paragraph above, the cancellation right set out above does not apply to:

  1. sealed products unsealed by you following delivery, where return of such products is unsuitable due to health protection or hygiene reasons;

  2. products comprising sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the product becomes unsealed after delivery;

  3. products which are made to your specifications or clearly personalized; or

  4. products which have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

EXCHANGE At our London Branch

If you have decided to change the products at our London Branch indicated on, with another available at the Bosideng London Branch, you will have to take them along with the original packaging and the order note to our London Branch within twenty-eight (28) days from receiving the products purchased on The sales advisor at our London Branch will check the product(s) compliance to our return requirement in order to finalise the exchange.

The exchanged products are sold directly by Bosideng Retail Ltd. Please refer directly to the London Branch in the event of damaged or defective products as well as for any return requests.

After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, you will receive an email that the returned products have been accepted. The Vendor will refund you all payments received from you for such cancelled purchase, including standard delivery costs, if any have been paid (but excluding supplementary costs for expedited delivery options, gift wrapping and other additional expenses).

You may be liable for, and we may deduct from any refund due to you, any diminution to the value of the returned products caused by your handling of the products, save to the extent necessary to ascertain the characteristics, functions or nature of the products. Without prejudice to the above, and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions, the time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the payment type used:

  • payment by PayPal (where available): refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card;



Product label

All products sold by the Vendor include a product label with disposable packaging. Please try on the products without removing the label. Returned products without the label will not be accepted.
