SHIPPING POLICY
UNITED KINGDOM
- Express Shipping is FREE on orders £20 and over.
- Orders under £20: £6.95 (1–3 working days).
Carrier: All UK deliveries are sent via DHL Express. You can track your delivery online using your unique tracking code via DHL Express Tracking.
Note: Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses may take up to 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders under 5kg qualify for FREE shipping when they meet the minimum spend threshold for their destination (see table below). For orders over 5kg, an additional surcharge may apply, which will be calculated and shown at checkout. Duties & Taxes are also calculated and displayed in the shipping section of the checkout page.

Destinations We Do Not Currently Serve
Due to changes in local regulations, we are unable to ship to Italy.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All duties and local taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout. Once paid, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery of your order, ensuring a smoother delivery process without unexpected charges on arrival. If you have further questions about import duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.
Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers
Effective 29 August 2025, the de minimis exemption for international shipments sent to the U.S. is suspended. Duties and taxes now apply to all commercial imports, including those valued at $800 or below, which were previously exempt. This remains in effect. For full details, please see the DHL guidance on current U.S. tariffs.

- Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email with a link to our online track-and-trace service.
- International delivery times: Vary by destination — please refer to the estimates in the table above.
- Customs inspections: International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will ship the next working day.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
- Dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.
