SHIPPING POLICY
UNITED KINGDOM
- Express Shipping is FREE on orders £20 and over.
- Orders under £20: £4.95 (1–3 working days).
Note: Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses may take up to 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to selected international destinations with transparent pricing and fast delivery options.
All international orders under 5kg qualify for FREE shipping when the minimum spend threshold for each destination is met (see table below).
For orders below the threshold, the applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout.
For orders over 5kg, a shipping surcharge may apply and will be calculated at checkout.

- Italy — we are unable to ship to Italy due to changes in local regulations.
- Asia and Oceania — shipping to these regions is currently suspended.
Note: The United Arab Emirates remains fully operational as listed above.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Europe:
For European orders, import duties and taxes are not included at checkout.
These charges may be applied by your local customs authority upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Where available, we may display estimated duties and taxes at checkout for reference only. However, final charges are determined by local customs and may vary.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about applicable import charges before placing your order.
USA, Canada & United Arab Emirates:
For these destinations, all applicable duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.
Once paid, your order will be delivered with no additional import charges on arrival.
Important Information for U.S. Customers
From 29 August 2025, the U.S. de minimis exemption has been suspended. All commercial imports, including low-value shipments, are now subject to duties and taxes. For full details, please see the DHL guidance on current U.S. tariffs.
CUSTOMS, DELIVERY & INSPECTIONS
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can occasionally affect delivery times.
Any customs-related delays are outside of our control but we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery wherever possible.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS & CUSTOMS NON-PAYMENT
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, or if it is refused by the recipient, it may be returned to us by the carrier.
In such cases, the order will be processed as a return rather than a standard delivery cancellation.
Any reasonable costs incurred (including return shipping, customs handling fees, and carrier charges) may be deducted from the refund amount, in line with applicable consumer protection laws.
We always recommend reviewing potential import charges before placing an order to ensure smooth delivery.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Orders placed after 12pm (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the next working day.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.
- Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended.
- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.
RETURNS & STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Customers within the UK and EU are entitled to statutory withdrawal rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
