Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number.
Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to amend/add any items included in the order or change the recipient details or delivery address.
However, if you contact the customer service team as soon as possible after making your purchase, it is possible to make edits before your order is processed.
Due to our inventory being stored in different warehouses or for technical reasons, your order may be shipped separately. This helps us ensure faster delivery. Rest assured, all your items will arrive as quickly as possible!

Enjoy free delivery on orders over ยฃ20 within the UK, and on orders over ยฃ250 for USA and Canada.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, the price you pay to us will exclude all relevant duties and taxes.
As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order for more details.
All orders placed on our website are shipped from our store in London or warehouse in Essex, UK.
Return & Refund
Unfortunately we are unable to offer online exchanges.
If you would like to exchange sizes, you'll need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original order, as we're unable to put stock on hold.
To return your order please visit our returns portal here within 28 days of receiving your order for a full refund. For more information, please visit our Returns page.
Returns take a maximum of 5 days to reach our warehouse and be processed for a refund. Once this has been done, you will receive a return confirmation email to let you know. If you have not received confirmation after 7 days, please contact customer service with your proof of return and a list of the items returned.
Our Store
We have only two official websites:
- Official Chinese Domestic Website: This is our brandโs main site, focused on providing information. It is non-transactional.
- Official International Website: This is our only official website for purchasing Bosideng products internationally.
While our products may also be available through authorised retailers and other platforms, these two are the only official websites directly operated by Bosideng.

Yes! All you need to do is select 'pick-up in-store' at the checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect
