What are your opening hours?

Can I collect my online order in-store?

Yes! All you need to do is select 'pick-up in-store' at the checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect

Can I return my online order in-store?

Yes! You can drop off your order in-store and our e-commerce team will arrange your refund

Orders

How can I pay for my order?

All payments must be made online when placing your order. We do not have the ability to place an order on your behalf.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number.

Can I amend my order?

Once your order has been placed we are unable to amend orders. If you are able to contact us before your order has been processed by our warehouse we may be able to cancel the order and you will then be able to re-order.

How can I be sure that my order was received?

Once your order has been placed via our website you should receive an order confirmation email.

What type of emails will I receive about my order?

You will receive the below emails once you have placed your order with us:

Order confirmation: This will confirm that we have received your order. You should receive this confirmation a few minutes after placing your order. All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and provide you with a refund for the unavailable item.

Shipping confirmation: This will be sent once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. A tracking number will be included which you enable you to follow your order.

Order return and refund: If returning your order, as soon as it has been received and processed by our warehouse you will receive a notification confirming your refund.

Where do you deliver?

We currently provide shipping to Mainland UK, USA and CANADA.

Free UK Express Shipping (1-3 Working Days) – On all orders
International Shipping (5-7 Working Days) - £25 on orders under £250
Free International Shipping (5-7 Working Days) - Free on orders over £250

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via email which will include a tracking number which you will be able to use to follow your order.

Can I change the shipping address once I have placed my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that a shipping address can be changed once your order has been placed. If you notice an error with your shipping address please get in touch straight away and we can see what we can do.

Where do we dispatch from?

All orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse in East Yorkshire, UK.

Returns

How do I return?

For UK & international returns you will need to pay for your return, you can download a returns label and pay for postage at your local post office. Please use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage receipt until after your refund is processed.

You've got 28 days to send something back to us from the day you receive it.

What is your return policy?

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return the purchased products. Please inform us of your return request within 28 calendar days from the date on which you received your order - this can be done by contacting us through our contact form.

The cost of the return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service and please keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed. Please include with the return the completed return form and return to the below address:

When will I receive my refund?

Once your order has been received and processed by our warehouse you will receive an email notifying you of your refund. Please allow up to 10 days for the refunded amount to reach your original payment method.

Can I return items in store that I purchased online?

Washing Guidelines

  • Wash max 30°C on a gentle cycle
  • Wash using a mild detergent – down wash detergent is recommended
  • Wash inside out
  • Do not soak
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not Iron
  • Tumble dry at lowest temperature or hang dry away from direct heat source
  • Remove detachable accessories before washing, including fur trim and belts

  • Advisable to have fur professionally cleaned
  • All styles with detachable linings, separate before washing

  • Refer to care label before washing

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To unsubscribe from our newsletters you can either select the unsubscribe button which can be found at the bottom of any of our newsletters or get in touch with us and we can remove you from our mailing list.

Where do I add my discount code?

When is my card charged?

If paying using either a credit or debit card, your card will be charged at the point of purchase.
