Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS
By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this website.
We are Bosideng Retail Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing this website or placing an order with us. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Words used in the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders.
ELIGIBILITY
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use. We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe have been placed for resale or other commercial purposes.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The rights and remedies set out in these Terms are in addition to, and do not limit, your statutory rights.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
To access certain features, such as viewing your order history, you may be asked to register and create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account, unless your account is used by a third party without your consent. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Our rights to suspend, restrict or close accounts are set out in the “Account Suspension & Permanent Restriction” section.
PRODUCTS — INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
We take care to describe and display our products accurately. However, product descriptions, weights, dimensions and sizes are approximate, and the colours shown on your device may differ slightly from the actual product depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability. We may change, withdraw or discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities available for purchase.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct; however, if we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or to cancel the order. We may cancel an order before dispatch where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake. Payment is processed at the time you place your order; this does not constitute our acceptance of your order (see “Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse Service”). We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
PAYMENT PROVIDERS & KLARNA
Some payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Where you choose to pay using a buy-now-pay-later or instalment option such as Klarna, your use of that service is subject to the provider’s own terms, conditions and eligibility criteria, and any credit or payment agreement is between you and that provider. We are not a party to that agreement and accept no responsibility for it.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
All orders placed through this website constitute an offer to purchase goods from Bosideng Retail Ltd. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. A contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods and issue a dispatch confirmation email.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order prior to dispatch, including after payment has been processed, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, or any breach of these Terms.
FRAUD PREVENTION & RISK-BASED ORDER CONTROLS
We operate fraud prevention and loss-prevention systems, including but not limited to delivery tracking, scanning verification, carrier tracking data, photographic or video evidence of dispatch, and account behaviour analysis.
Any personal data processed for fraud and loss-prevention purposes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and on the basis of our legitimate interests.
We reserve the right to investigate any transaction flagged as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
Where we reasonably suspect misuse of our services, including repeated claims of non-receipt, incorrect delivery, or missing items despite verified dispatch evidence, we may:
- decline or cancel current orders
- suspend or permanently restrict customer accounts
- block associated payment methods, email addresses, and delivery addresses
- require alternative payment or delivery verification methods for future orders
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & PROOF OF DISPATCH
Our fulfilment process includes scanning, packaging verification, and carrier handover confirmation. Once a parcel is confirmed as dispatched and accepted by the carrier, it is handled in accordance with the selected delivery service. For consumer orders, the goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to take possession of them.
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier, including photographic evidence where applicable, shall constitute prima facie evidence of successful fulfilment.
DISPUTED DELIVERIES (MISSING / EMPTY PARCEL CLAIMS)
Where a customer claims non-receipt, incorrect delivery, or an empty parcel, we will initiate an investigation with the delivery provider.
Customers may be required to cooperate fully with the investigation, including provision of identity verification and confirmation of delivery details.
Where our internal records (including but not limited to CCTV packing footage, weight verification, RFID scanning, and carrier tracking data) demonstrate that goods were correctly packed and dispatched, we reserve the right to:
- decline refund or replacement requests (except where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law)
- escalate the matter to the payment provider as a disputed transaction
- suspend or close the customer account
NEIGHBOUR / ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY CLAIMS
Where a carrier confirms delivery to a nominated address, alternative safe place, concierge, or neighbour in accordance with the selected delivery service or your delivery instructions, such delivery shall be treated as completed.
We accept no liability for loss or misplacement of parcels after confirmed delivery by the carrier, including where the customer disputes receipt from third parties such as neighbours or building staff, except to the extent we are required to accept liability under applicable consumer law.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & PERMANENT RESTRICTION
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close customer accounts at any time where:
- there is repeated or suspected fraudulent activity
- chargebacks are initiated without reasonable grounds
- excessive delivery disputes occur relative to order history
- abuse of customer service or refund processes is identified
Suspension or termination may occur without prior notice where necessary to protect our business from loss or fraud risk.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we may provide all available evidence to the payment provider, including dispatch records, CCTV evidence, tracking data, and delivery confirmation.
We reserve the right to recover our reasonable administrative costs actually incurred where chargebacks are found to be fraudulent or without reasonable cause, subject to applicable law.
RIGHT TO PROTECT OUR BUSINESS
We reserve all rights to take reasonable and proportionate action to protect our business, systems, staff, and supply chain from fraud, abuse, or misuse of our services.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Your right to return, exchange or cancel an order, and the related conditions and timeframes, are set out in our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in that policy or these Terms affects your statutory rights as described under “Your Statutory Rights” above.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes or special offers. Unless stated otherwise, each code is for single use, cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and applies only to eligible products while stocks last. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or refuse to honour any promotion or discount code at any time, and to cancel orders where a code has been obtained, used or applied fraudulently, in error, or in breach of its terms. Specific promotions may carry their own additional terms, which will prevail where they conflict with this section.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be purchased and redeemed in accordance with the gift card terms in force at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to an expiry date. If an order paid for (in whole or in part) with a gift card is returned, the corresponding value will normally be refunded to a gift card rather than to another payment method.
DUTIES AND TAXES
All applicable duties and local taxes will be calculated and charged at checkout. Once these charges have been paid, no additional duties, taxes, or customs fees will be collected upon delivery of your order. This is designed to ensure a smoother delivery process and to avoid unexpected costs at the time of receipt.
For clarity, customers remain responsible for any import regulations applicable in their country of residence. If you require further information regarding duties or taxes specific to your location, we recommend contacting your local customs authority directly.
If you choose to return an item, return shipping fees will generally be your responsibility unless otherwise specified. Any applicable deductions for shipping or customs duties will be taken into account when processing refunds, in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy and your statutory rights.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING POLICY UPDATE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Effective 29 August 2025, the de minimis exemption for international shipments sent to the U.S. is suspended. Duties and taxes now apply to all commercial imports, including those valued at $800 or below, which were previously exempt. This remains in effect. For full details, please see the DHL guidance on current U.S. tariffs.

COMPLAINTS & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service team in the first instance and we will do our best to resolve it. If we are unable to resolve a dispute with you, you may be entitled to refer it to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. Nothing in this section affects your right to take legal action or your statutory rights.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including your statutory rights as a consumer). Subject to this, we will not be liable for any loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from your own breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.
MODERN SLAVERY
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and supply chains. Our Modern Slavery Statement is available at https://www.bosidengfashion.com/pages/morden-slavey-statement-bosideng.
GENERAL
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Return & Exchange Policy, and any additional terms referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website and your purchases.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation; this will not affect your rights under them. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the website after that point constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. The Terms applicable to your order are those in force at the time you place it.
