Bosideng ‘Tribute to Ice and Snow’ – Harbin FW2024
Harbin, 18 December 2024 – Leading Chinese fashion brand Bosideng joined forces with Harbin, the world-renowned “City of Ice”, to stage a spectacular outdoor runway show at St. Sophia Cathedral Square. The “Tribute to Ice and Snow” event marked a milestone in the brand’s strategic partnership with Harbin, celebrating the city’s rich winter heritage and Bosideng’s leadership in high-performance downwear.
Star-studded with Olympic champions and top entertainers, the show unveiled a co-branded collection inspired by Harbin’s landmark architecture, traditional ethnic costumes and artisanal craftsmanship. Designs fused Bosideng’s advanced cold-resistance technology with cultural motifs drawn from Central Street’s European façades, Daowai’s Chinese Baroque style, and the vibrant colours and patterns of Heilongjiang’s ethnic groups.
Hero pieces included the “Harbin Snow Night” jacket – featuring exclusive city prints, water- and wind-resistant fabric, and M-Tech reflective detailing for style and safety in extreme winter conditions.
The evening also announced the next chapter of the Harbin–Bosideng partnership, with plans to boost the ice-and-snow economy through innovation, cultural tourism, and community engagement.
With this landmark show, Bosideng once again proved its ability to unite local heritage with cutting-edge design – creating winter fashion that is as functional as it is inspiring.
