Extended Returns Policy

During the festive season, we've extended our UK return policy for both in-store and online purchases. Purchases made between 01.12.2025 to 26.12.2025 can be returned until 31.01.2026. Standard 28-day returns apply to purchases outside this period. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all price tags attached.

Once your order reaches our warehouse, allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your card. While we aim to process refunds sooner, holiday volumes may cause slight delays.

Refunds apply only to the original payment method and that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Order by the following dates and times to receive your items in time for Christmas. 

UK standard delivery: 19th December 2025 at 12:00PM (GMT)
INTERNATIONAL standard delivery: 18th December 2025 at 23:59PM (GMT)
IN-STORE Collection: 19th December 2025 at 12:00PM (GMT)

Orders placed after 19 December 2025 may experience processing delays due to the holiday season.

From 22 December 2025 to 2 January 2026, deliveries and collections may be subject to carrier restrictions. Normal service will resume on 2 January 2026.

Customer Service:

The customer service team is available from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, except for the bank holiday and the following dates : 

No service available on 25 and 26 December, and 1 January.

Store hours:

Our store operates regular hours, Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, except for the following holiday hours:

24 December: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

25 December: Closed

26 December: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

31 December: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

1 January: Closed
