"4 Downproof Tests"
1. Down-filled bag abrasion test
Fabric specimens of specified dimensions are prepared as test bags and filled with a measured quantity of down. Each test bag is subjected to abrasion using the designated apparatus. The amount of down and feathers that penetrates through the outer fabric layer is then quantified.
2. Garment rotation chamber test
The entire down jacket is placed in a rotating chamber containing silicone rubber spheres. As the chamber rotates, at a constant speed, the spheres repeatedly strike the jacket, simulating compression, collision and abrasion. The number of down clusters and feathers migrating through the sample jacket is calculated.
3. Garment washing test
The garment is laundered in a washing machine following standard washing, spinning and rinsing procedures. The quantity of down and feathers protruding from the sample garment is measured.
4.Garment wear test
A new garment is worn by a person who performs normal putting on/taking off and simulates various daily activities. Conducted typically over seven days, this test measures the amount of down and feathers migrating from the sample garment.
"Smart Warmth"

"German down-proof needles"
German down-proof needles effectively minimise fabric damage from high temperatures during sewing. Fine needle punctures and anti-leak stitching technology ensure precision construction, with up to 13 stitches per 3cm for high-density thread weaving (excluding stretch lining). Lightweight and effectively minimises down leakage.
