UNITED KINGDOM:

  • Express Shipping is FREE for orders over £20
  • Express Shipping for orders under £20 - £4.95

    Carrier: All deliveries within the UK are sent via DHL EXPRESS. Track your delivery online using your unique tracking code at DHL EXPRESS Tracking.
    Note: Deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take up to 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders below 5kg qualify for FREE SHIPPING if they meet the minimum spend threshold. For orders exceeding 5kg, an additional surcharge may apply.

EUROPE:

  • International Shipping for orders under £250 - £25

USA and CANADA:

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email with a link to our online track-and-trace service.
  • International Delivery Times: Vary by destination, with an average of 3-5 working days.
  • Customs Inspections: International shipments may be subject to inspections by customs authorities.

DUTIES AND TAXES

  • Import Duties and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost, and you will be responsible for paying them upon the arrival of your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more detailed information.
  • Customs Fees: Please note that unpaid duties or taxes may cause delays, and in some cases, the package could be returned to us. If this happens, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:

  • Orders placed after 12 pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.
  • Dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.

RETURNS

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order and return the products. Please notify us within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. Notification: Use our online return platform within 28 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision to cancel.
  2. Shipping Back: Return the items within 28 calendar days from notifying us of your cancellation.
    • Items must be returned with all tags intact and must not show any signs of wear, including the absence of makeup or fragrance.
  3. Promotional Items: If your order included a gift or promotional item (e.g., Buy X Get 1 Free), the promotional items must also be returned for a full refund.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • You may return items using a shipping method of your choice at your own expense unless otherwise stated.
    • We will cover the return shipping costs if:
      • Items do not match the order (e.g., wrong specifications, style, or quantity).
      • Items are defective or damaged.
      • Items do not match the description on the product page (e.g., incorrect use or functionality)
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

  5. Shipping Fees: Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event of a return, we will issue a refund for the product price only, excluding any original shipping costs. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
