SHIPPING
UNITED KINGDOM:
Free UK Express Shipping (1-3 Working Days) – On orders over £20
- All deliveries to destinations within the UK are sent via DHL Parcel UK. You can track your delivery online using your unique tracking code at https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/
- Please note that deliveries to non-mainland addresses may take up to 5 working days longer.
USA and CANADA:
International Shipping (5-7 Working Days) - £25 on orders under £250
Free International Shipping (5-7 Working Days) - Free on orders over £250
- Internationally we are currently only shipping to the USA and CANADA
- All USA deliveries are sent by FedEx. We will provide tracking information with a link to the online track-and-trace service via email
- International delivery times vary depending on the destination. However, the average time is 5-7 working days
- For shipments outside of the UK please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
OTHER SHIPPING NOTES:
- Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Any orders placed over the weekend or a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
- We will not deliver to PO Box addresses due to security reasons
- Dispatch times may increase during high demand periods
RETURNS
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to cancel your purchase and return purchased products. You must inform the Vendor of your decision to cancel and can do so by: Using the online return contact available on the website (Contact Us) within (28) calendar days from the date on which you received the purchased product via www.bosidengfashion.com
We don't offer exchanges on online orders
Returned items must be shipped back to the Vendor within twenty-eight (28) calendar days from the date you notify the Vendor of your decision to cancel. The products may be returned by dispatching the package through a shipping agent or postage method of your choice, at your own expense. We request that you complete the online return contact prior to sending your order back to us in order for us to provide you with a returns reference.
