United Kingdom

• Express Shipping is FREE on orders £20 and over.

• Orders under £20: £6.95 (1–3 working days).

Note: Deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses may take up to 3 working days.

International Shipping

All international orders under 5kg qualify for FREE shipping when they meet the minimum spend threshold for their destination (see table below). Orders over 5kg may incur an additional surcharge (calculated at checkout).

Duties & Taxes are calculated and shown in the shipping section of the checkout page.

For orders below the threshold, the shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

Destinations We Do Not Currently Serve

• Italy — we are unable to ship to Italy due to changes in local regulations.

• Asia and Oceania — shipping to these regions is currently suspended.

 Note: The United Arab Emirates is not affected by the Asia & Oceania suspension and remains available as listed in the table above. An Elevated Risk surcharge (charged by DHL) applies to UAE orders and will be displayed at checkout.

Duties and Taxes

All duties and local taxes are calculated and charged at checkout. Once paid, you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery of your order, ensuring a smoother delivery process without unexpected charges on arrival. If you have further questions about import duties or taxes, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.

Important Information for U.S. Customers

Effective 29 August 2025, the de minimis exemption for international shipments sent to the U.S. is suspended. Duties and taxes now apply to all commercial imports, including those valued at $800 or below, which were previously exempt. This remains in effect. For full details, please see the DHL guidance on current U.S. tariffs.

• Customs inspections: International shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed after 12pm (Monday to Friday) will ship the next working day.

• Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Monday.

• Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will ship the next working day.

• We do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons.

• Dispatch times may increase during high-demand periods.
