This warranty outlines how Bosideng UK handles product warranty claims.
1. Warranty Coverage
Bosideng offers a 2-year warranty on products purchased through authorised Bosideng UK sales channels.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use.
Examples of covered defects may include:
- Fabric tearing or fraying under normal use
- Faulty stitching or seam failure
- Zipper malfunction or breakage
- Excessive down leakage caused by seam failure
- Down clumping caused by defective filling
2. Warranty Resolution Timeline
The resolution available depends on the time elapsed since the original purchase date.
Within 30 days of purchase
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, Bosideng may offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Full refund
30 days – 12 months after purchase
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, Bosideng may offer:
- Repair
- Replacement
If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, an alternative resolution may be offered.
13 – 24 months after purchase
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, Bosideng will offer:
- Repair
If the item cannot be repaired, an exchange may be offered at 50% of the original purchase price.
All warranty outcomes are subject to inspection and approval.
3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Improper washing, drying, or garment care
- Normal wear and tear
- Fabric fading, stretching, or natural material degradation
- Unauthorised alterations or third-party repairs
- Products purchased from unauthorised sellers
Failure to follow garment care instructions may void the warranty.
4. Eligibility and Proof of Purchase
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.
Accepted proof of purchase includes:
- Original purchase receipt
- Online order confirmation
- Website transaction record
- Store purchase receipt
Without proof of purchase, Bosideng may not be able to process the warranty claim.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Customers may submit a warranty claim either by email or by visiting our London flagship store.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection before a resolution is provided.

This warranty operates in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by this warranty.
8. Gore-Tex “Guaranteed To Keep You Dry” Products
Certain Bosideng products featuring Gore-Tex “Guaranteed To Keep You Dry” technology are also covered by a separate warranty provided by Gore-Tex.
This warranty ensures the waterproof performance of the Gore-Tex material under normal use.
